As someone who has struggled for endless years searching for the perfect diet or solution to my eating challenges, I can relate and empathize with how frustrating of a time it can be. Through our work together, I can help you realize that it is not only about the food and that there are so many other factors at play. And more importantly, there is no finish line to arrive at and no magic number on the scale that will resolve all of your struggles. While I am trained as a Mind Body Eating Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the unique angle that I offer is that I can relate to your struggles. I myself have tried so many different diets, cleanses, counting calories and macronutrients, and have felt trapped in my toxic nutritional beliefs to the point that I often question which foods I truly enjoy eating and which I eat because I “should”. I have had countless days start of negatively because of seeing a certain number on the scale or not feeling comfortable in my own skin. Not only have I have been there, but I am still there in many ways and I continue to take actions on a daily basis to progress further along in my journey. I would love to work together to share more of what I have learned both through my training and my own experiences.
